The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. The breakfast provided is satisfactory, with tasty pastries and a variety of options.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the thin and low-quality toilet paper, could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The location is ideal, within walking distance to popular districts and the town square. Clean rooms with spacious design. Great price for the standard. Friendly staff, accommodating to early check-in and providing food for early mornings.

The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The room wasnice and neat, and the shower was excellent. I also loved the hotel bar with a great atmosphere. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really good value with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and a full breakfast. The staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. Kuba in the cocktail bar was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Kazimierz.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated right in the heart of the old Jewish quarter. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore all the shops and attractions in the area, and we especially loved being able to walk to the old town. The service was top-notch, with attentive room service, impeccable housekeeping, and even a laundry service. We were also impressed by the convenience of the airport shuttle, which made our travel to and from the hotel a breeze. But perhaps the best part was the welcoming atmosphere, from the friendly staff to the refreshing welcome drink. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the town centre and all the attractions, making it easy for me to explore the city on foot. It was situated in a nice neighborhood with some very good restaurants nearby, allowing me to try delicious Polish cuisine. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. They even arranged my trip to a local historical site and provided transfers to the airport. The breakfasts were tasty and filling, and the cocktails at the hotel bar were great and reasonably priced.
Nothing, all great. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
